Eewwww. Was Lemony Dog chasing the skunk or was it vice a versa?? Hope you got the smell out.
Oh man, now you reminded me- come summer there is one skunk who lives around here who likes to spray- RIGHT OUTSIDE MY DECK!!! Yick!
It wasn't really a chasing so much as it was a stare-down. The mutt growled, the skunk growled back, the mutt barked, the skunk hissed, the mutt growled, the skunk showed the mutt its ass.
Obviously, the skunk won.
Blech.

Tomato juice. My dad swears by it for skunk stench. Me? I think a clothes pin and about 100 miles works. :)
